I pick up a loaf of the local focaccia every week – it’s absolutely addictive! Soft, fluffy, and full of flavour, it never lasts long in my house. It’s hands-down my favourite thing at The Urban Co-op! I love serving it with soups or just dipping it in olive oil – simple and perfect.
