Tomorrow sees the Urban Co-op open in a  new premises in Limerick! Its been a busy few weeks making the transition from our site in Mulgrave St but we think you will agree this is an exciting development in the growth of the Urban Co-op. We have moved to Tait House on Roxboro Rd! Enterprise development is a key motivation of this setting and we are excited to note the future plans at Tait House to redevelop the walled garden of the former estate to create what will be known as the Urban Farm ( are you seeing the link?) 
We will keep you posted on the progress! Meanwhile we are keen to establish ourselves in this new home and look forward to welcoming you as a customer at the Co-op. 

Over the past week we launched our new name, new brand and new webiste; Limerick Community Grocery is now trading as The Urban Co-Op! Rest assured our members still get the same great co-operative experience and same great prices. The name change and re-branding has been a big success and we're very excited to be brand ambassadors for this fresh new look co-op! With the new brand and website we hope to generate more interest in the co-op to help us grow bigger and better and bring our members even greater savings!

Our new website is a great way to keep up to date with Co-Op events through the news blog, learn more about co-ops and about The Urban Co-Op or to help us grow by encouraging others to join the co-op. It also provides useful information about our opening hours and location, as well as details on suppliers. If there is anything you would like to see more (or less) of in the website, or in stock at the depot, be sure to let us know through our online survey.
