Sound Bath with Michelle
Thursday 23rd January 7pm This meditative experience, where you are “bathed” in sound waves, will give you the opportunity to disconnect from the external world and turn your focus inward. The frequencies and vibrations from the healing instruments will gently guide you into a state of deep rest. This shift helps to disrupt the cycle of stress within your body to re-balance your nervous system and bring your body and mind to a state of restoration. Ayurvedic Indian Head Massage with Bodytree College
1st & 2nd February 9.30am to 4.30pm each day This is a holistic massage and marma point therapy that has traditional roots based in Indian culture and Ayurvedic practices for over 3000 years.
