Sound Journey with Dee O'Connor
Friday 13th December 2nd Friday of every month from 7.30pm to 9pm Join Dee for up to 90 minutes of a sound journey meditation. A Sound Bath or a Sound Journey is an immersion in beautiful sounds and vibrations that are healing for your body, mind, and spirit. All you do is lie down and be taken on a journey of deep relaxation, healing, and self-discovery. Sound Bath with Michelle
This meditative experience, where you are “bathed” in sound waves, will give you the opportunity to disconnect from the external world and turn your focus inward. The frequencies and vibrations from the healing instruments will gently guide you into a state of deep rest. This shift helps to disrupt the cycle of stress within your body to re-balance your nervous system and bring your body and mind to a state of restoration.
