At The Urban Co-op, we pride ourselves on providing access to the highest quality organic and local food available to the community. Ten years on we have gone online! With many customers travelling great distances to shop, we have responded to requests and created an online ordering / hub delivery service.

This offering will focus on providing wholesome food at affordable prices. We strive to create an environmentally sustainable supply chain that prioritises local producers and the local economy. Like you, we are keenly aware of our impact on the environment and have built this system to limit both packaging waste and fuel emissions

After you have added your favourite item(s) to your cart, simply click the checkout button and follow a simple process to complete your order
You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been received

Orders picked

We will pick the freshest produce and pack your order in our reusable boxes and thermo boxes for safe transport and with minimal packaging.
Some produce may vary due to availability and seasonality.
Any substitutions will be of equal or greater value Your order is prepared and labelled for delivery to your collection hub

order delivered

We will pack our vehicle with your orders and park at each hub for its allocated time. We would encourage the use of reusable bags or boxes for collection of orders.

If you order chilled/frozen goods regularly, we offer a cool box deposit system where your temperature critical items will be delivered in one of our thermo boxes. You simply swap it every time you collect an order. These robust boxes will keep your order cool and safe in transit and it means we can eliminate single use outer packaging

You will be notified when your order is on its way to your selected collection hub

Refund policy

We will happily refund or replace any product which you feel is not up to the required standard/quality, where appropriate
Refunds will be given as store credit
