22,000 coffee cups disposed in ireland per hour!!!

22,000 coffee cups disposed of in Ireland every hour, source mywaste.ie 19th July 2018.  

We offer compostable cups, and reuse options to create art.  However the used cups need to be clean, leaving coffee or tea residue means they can't be upcycled.

What if everyone brought their own cup? Can one person may a difference? Will you?

Waste Prevention Officer with the Southern Region Waste Management Office and Recycling List Ireland’s Pauline McDonogh said, “Once the reusable cup has been used more than 15 times, it is more sustainable than a disposable cup.”
