Tip of the week: Your tomatoes will have a better flavour if you do not store them in the fridge. Put them in a bowl on the table after all they are a fruit!
Tip: If you don’t have pecans use chocolate chips; it works very well

Tip of the week: You can oven dry tomatoes by cutting in half, sprinkling with sugar and salt, leave for ten minutes then place cut side down on a wire rack in a roasting tin and dry for about 4 hours at 50 degrees C. Check periodically as you don’t want them to dry out totally
